Community work
in Zambia is carried out by the Government and
Non governmental organizations. Being a non governmental
organization, Dream Livingstone Zambia identify,
plan and implement projects aimed at providing
self-reliance and increasing community participation
at all levels. Our aim is to build our community
centre in Livingstone that will provide various
skills like tailoring, carpentry, computer training,
plumbing work, electrical courses, farming, brick
lying and community health issues on HIV/AIDS.

There are so many
children orphaned as a result of parents dying
from HIV/AIDS in Zambia. And mostly these children
are not well taken care of by the remaining
relatives.
Our Orphanage care project in Zambia, Livingstone
aims to provide a loving and safe environment
as well as education to Orphaned, less privileged
children in Livingstone, Zambia. Spending as
little as one month working in an orphanage
or care center, a volunteer can have a hugely
significant and positive impact on the lives
of underprivileged children. We provide life
changing volunteer work at orphanages across
Africa and Zambia.
Our team relies exclusively on volunteer help.
And remember, a little often goes a long way.
We're always happy to welcome new volunteers
who would like to dedicate some of their time

Building Project :: |

This is a Programme
which helps in building community schools, community
churches and any other community building project
like building a community clinic. We identify
the Community which has a need and help to complete
the building which is already in construction
or assist in starting the building from the foundation
level. |

TRAINING CENTRE :: |

Because of financial
hardships, most Zambian orphans and less priviledged
people in the communities have no hopes of going
to college or receiving any kind of professional
training.
As a result, many of them tend to stay at home
well into their twenties, unable to build lives
on the outside. Due to the above plea,
Dream Livingstone Zambia intends to Build a training
Centre to offer training skills to the Orphans
in order to help them achieve their Dreams.
Once they acquire the Skills, they will be self-
sufficient hence reducing poverty.
The Training Centre will offer the following courses
Tailoring, carpentry, computer training, plumbing
work, electrical courses, farming, brick laying
and community health issues on HIV/AIDS

We
identify needy children especially orphans and
less privileged children from the communities,
we provide them with school requirements like
paying for their school fees, buying books, pencils
, school uniforms , school shoes etc,
What does it cost to support a child at
School?
We get asked that question all the time but there
is no simple answer because the cost of school
needs varies.
For this reason, Dream Livingstone Zambia provides
an appropriate level of support based on where
the needy Child Lives.
Basically a child would need :
$25 per month will support an orphan in Zambia
at school.
Your donations are gratefully accepted; no donation
amount is too small. We would like to thank all
those who contributed so far.
Project Goal
To meet the educational needs of orphaned , less
priviledged children in Livingstone , Zambia and
enable them to have a CHANCE IN LIFE. |

Sports :: |

We encourage recreation
activities in the community by supporting sport
activities like football, netball by providing
them with a training skill and sport attires and
sport facilities like nets, balls etc. |
